Centralised Electricity Sub-metering

Eview has developed a branch circuit electrical energy monitor that allows for centralised sub-metering at the building’s main electrical distribution panel. Up to 84 circuits can be monitored from each Eview Gateway; multiple gateways can be installed on site.
Eview’s centralised sub-metering technology eliminates the need for installation of sub-meters distributed across a site meaning less hardware, quicker installation and easier maintenance.
The Gateway connects to the Eview remote server over the internet via a range of interfaces: CAT5 ethernet, Wifi or 3G/GPRS cellular. In the event of a communication failure or ISP downtime, the Gateway intelligently stores readings locally for up to 72 hours ensuring zero loss of readings. In this way, periodic router, server or switchgear shutdowns will not result in a loss of energy readings from the Gateway.
